Applications are now open for the 2027 Beediyar Program, AIMWA's landmark executive development program for First Nations leaders.
Beediyar ("brid-ee-yah"), the Noongar word for 'leader', is a culturally responsive program for Indigenous leaders and managers across the corporate, public, not-for-profit and charitable sectors in Western Australia.
By joining the Beediyar Program, you will begin a transformative professional learning journey that supports your growth toward senior executive leadership.
