Trustee seeks Court Orders to make the Noongar Boodja Trust Deed workable

Perpetual Trustee Company Limited (Perpetual), in its capacity as the first Trustee for the Noongar Boodja Trust, has determined that some sections of the Noongar Boodja Trust Deed have become unworkable.
